Our Return Policy

Due to our commitment to our customer’s comfort and satisfaction at Cestus®, you may return an item for a refund if you are not satisfied with the product. To initiate a return from Cestus®, please contact us directly within 10 calendar days of receipt at our Portland, OR headquarters or email us at [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization.

After you have received a Return Authorization number, you may ship the order back to Cestus®. Please include an acceptable packing list and the Return Authorization number in your return shipment, then send item(s) for return to:

The Fine Print

Authorized returns are subject to a 20 percent restocking charge. Defective items will be credited and restocking charges will not be charged. Custom and special orders are not returnable. Return and/or refund requests for products purchased at retail/distributor locations, e-commerce or auction websites must be returned/exchanged at the original place of purchase. Cestus® only refunds/returns products purchased at cestusline.com.

Our Exchange Policy

Cestus® is committed to your comfort and satisfaction; if you require an exchange, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call our Portland, OR headquarters at 503-894-8549 for a Return Authorization number and further instructions for the exchange. Equal exchanges for the same item in an alternate size or color must be initiated within 10 calendar days of it arriving at your address. Additional fees may apply to extended glove sizes (3XL, 4XL).

If done through the mail, please send the unworn item being exchanged to:

If done in-person at the Cestus® headquarters, then shipping will not be required.

The Fine Print

The Return Authorization is an authorization number and does not guarantee that goods will be accepted for refund or exchange. The Return Authorization number is valid for 10 calendar days from issue.  Shipping costs to send product(s) back to Cestus® is the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a service that provides tracking details such as UPS, FedEx or others. Cestus® does not assume responsibility for merchandise lost in transit. Please note the Return Authorization number, original receipt and clarify if the shipment is a return or exchange, and include with return packaging. Cestus® encourages you to request an exchange if you are not satisfied with the fit, quality, size or color of an item. Return or exchange requests must be made within 10 calendar days of the arrival of the product.
