Products purchased must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery for return eligibility.
Products must be in new and sellable condition for a full refund.
Returned products MUST include a return authorization slip. Failure to follow instructions will result in a long delay and/or return to the buyer.
Normal wear and tear, and conditions resulting from or contributed to by accident, misuse, abuse, alteration, improper care or maintenance are not eligible for return.
Products returned in this damaged state will be returned to the buyer.
Products will be provided a return label pdf upon authorization.
