- Products purchased must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery for return eligibility.
- Products must be in new and sellable condition for a full refund.
- Returned products MUST include a return authorization slip. Failure to follow instructions will result in a long delay and/or return to the buyer.
- Normal wear and tear, and conditions resulting from or contributed to by accident, misuse, abuse, alteration, improper care or maintenance are not eligible for return.
- Products returned in this damaged state will be returned to the buyer.
- Products will be provided a return label pdf upon authorization.
